Actually I didn't. I kept his papers until proof it was done. I could have. My vet said with technology these days early spay and neuter can be done safely. BUT..and it's a bit BUT..the vet doing the surgery needs to know what they are doing and must be current with technology. If your vet is not comfortable neutering this early then don't insist. Try finding a vet that will and that is up to date with technology..ie..proper anethesia..I'd ask how many early spays/neuters the vets done to make sure they are also experienced..that's what I would do if I were you.
