Oh they are wonderful!! I definitely have to take them or I get soo tired and end up falling asleep studying or just repeating the same thing over and over trying to figure out what im reading. Lol.

I got those bowls at walmart!! I think they are soo cute. He has some that are blue on outside with white paws and white-ish cream inside with blue paws but I just think these are cuter...the food bowl says food inside of it and water says "water" inside!!
