So far I have worked out, I did about 25 min cardio and I worked my legs with leg weights for about 15 minutes. I also did stair steps with the weights on and now my legs feel like jello!
After my exercise I had a protein smoothie (8oz)
For dinner I had another salad.
I just got back from the grocery store and I stocked up on yummy fresh fruits and veggies, boneless chicken brest and turkey.
I took my daughter with me and that was a mistake! She kept saying "look at them donuts, cookies, muffins... you get my drift! She said she was just testing me to see if I would cave! Lil brat! lol
