Thats what I wrote to the representatives here in Arizona. This has become such a double edged sword. Its hard to pass legislation for one group of people(millers,bybrs) without it lumping in all the other breeders. Alot of people and companies will go out of business if these bills are passed. It affects more than just the breeders like you have pointed out. I do believe this can happen with the likes of Peta and now with the influence of Oprah. Its funny in a way as it was big government that got alot people started in the dog breeding business back in the 30's and 40's(i think) when people/farmers needed to make a living.
