I have had
cooked oatmeal with strawberries, tad bit of fat free milk on top. small cup of orange juice for breakfast
11am snack- banana
1:30- I'm eating lunch- grilled chicken breast salad with mand oranges, tomatos and almonds with fat free spray dressing. the salad is baby spring mix. |
