I would take her off immediately. All of us need to remember that flea and tick preventative are chemicals. Yes, they are said to be safe but I've read a few stories where dogs / cats have died from using them. Every animal reacts differently to things. If she's reacting. I would not wait. I would take her right off. I've been pretty successful with my girls by just bathing every other week. My oldest if 5 yrs. old and has never had fleas. The key is the check them daily and should you find on, you can use dawn dish detergent. You rinse them, suds them up real well, wrap them in a warm towel for about 5 minutes, then put them in the sink and rinse the dawn off. It kills the fleas. Much safer then using chemicals.
