I would be very, very cautious and highly recommend taking her to a vet today...I know it is sunday but better safe than sorry! One of my grls developed gastroenteritis when she was 8 weeks pregnant...she had only vomited a couple times, and had a couple bouts of diarrhea...I brought her in and she was dehydrated, hypoglycemic and hypocalcemic from the gastroenteritis. She ended up delivering her puppies 4 days early and we lost 2. I would highly recommend getting her to the vet for a blood panel and stool check today!!! We take them to the vet at the first sign of not feeling well...especially when they are pregnant! They can go downhill soooo fast!
