Yesterday hubby and I went to Ohio for a book signing for author MaryAnn Winkowski, she wrote "When Ghost Speak" She is the inspiring creator from Ghost Whisperer. Hubby and I just love love that show and I had her book so we decided to go see her. It was a great road trip and I packed us a picnic basket filled with fresh fruit and celery and some healthy peanut butter. Normally we would stop at gas stations and get junkfood but the only thing we got is gas!
We had lunch and I had a nice salad and a nice salad for dinner. So I was very proud of myself!
We did not get home till around 9pm but I still managed to do some leg exercises.
It's Saturday morning and we just had some cooked oatmeal with fresh strawberries and were getting ready to take the babies on a nice long walk!
I FEEL SO POSITIVE THAT I CAN DO THIS! I HAVE THE STRENGTH AND WILL POWER TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL! I HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO SUPPORT ME! I AM DETERMINED! |
