She seemed fine all day but about an hour ago she had a mini spell of not looking like she felt good. as soon as we came in she layed down immediately. She came in the kitchen just a few min ago- i was making coffee and I was glad to see her come in there and nosey around. The vet specialist she is seeing said he suspects Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Pancreatitis. he suggested a low fat/high fiber diet.

I am debating if i should give her 1/4 of a pepcid a/c or not??? I have read so much info today on YT that I can't remember if i read somewhere that pepcid a/c was good to give with dogs that suffer Inflam bowel disease. I know to give for upset stomach but are these similar conditions? As they say when in doubt just ask... and I am in doubt - :-) :-)
I don't know about pepcid, but you can give Pepto. With all the gas - and after reading all your other threads - I'd probably get her of the canned food. But, I know you have so many issues going on with her - so my heart really goes out to you with how limited your options are! You could try the whitefish diet if you think you could balance it correclty - or just wait til you see that nutritionist and hope that she has some great recommendations.

Please keep me posted as I'd love to hear how things turn out - and hear that your baby starts to feel like a million bucks!!!!
