I've been trying to trim around Bella's face and muzzle. She turns into a little monster and tries to bite me I bought a small lil beard trimmer to do it with since scissors just aren't going to work. Is there an easier way to do this? And I'm worried about cutting her whiskers, how do groomers manage to get that nice clean muzzle without cutting off the whiskers?

The attached picture is the effect I'm going for. Please help.
