I am going though this with Roxy for the past year.

She used to have flakey ears like that (she still has flakey edges) - but anyway, now I make sure that I rinse her above and beyond the normal. And when I blow dry her, I make sure to dry her ears all the way and I comb that hair back off her ears, b/c it seems that when I would let that air dry kinda flat to her ears is when they would flake - does that make sense?

Also, I just came back from the Vet due to her itching like crazy. He said she has a mild staph and yeast infection.

Is she itching?
