No, its not stupid, I was surprised to see them for the first time myself. They are purebred Yorkies. Both parents AKC. They just got a fluke overload of red genes. It is a rare occurrence, but does happen. There are also chocolate colored ones due to a color anomaly. I'll attach a couple photos of the litter. She had 2 standard colored ones and to red and white ones. Their color does not cause any health problems, they are just normal little Yorkies with a color anomaly. If you picture them in balck/gold you will see just a standard Yorkie puppy. You can compare them more easily on the collage, you just have to pretend the red ones are black/tan. |
