Reeses doesnt get to go off leash because I tried it a couple times and he would stay with me but he always wanted to puch his limits, but then if anything ever got his curiousity..he would go runnin to check it out. After that...No more freedom! Lol. He has to stay on a leash at all times when we arent inside the house!
