 ear problem
Shaving the ear will make it stand up. If you want the ear to stay "floppy" tell the groomer to "tip" the "up" ear, and just very slightly trim the "floppy" ear. This will keep one up and one down.
As a groomer I do this for a few people who like the up and down look. I think it is cute too. :~))
