I use a band to secure the knot first. As long as the band is secured well, the bow stays in place pretty well. Usually when we take him out he's so caught up with the outdoors that he forgets he has a bow on his head. But at home he likes to burrow his head into his bed to try to remove the bows. Milo is still going through bow training. He's use to having his hair tied but not use to the weight of the bow yet. I have to find some simple cheaper bows for him to train with. Can't have him ruining these.
