Is there anyway to get your mom to stop taking water away?
Water is very important to clean out the kidneys and dehydration happens easily in small dogs.
I would allow access to water all of the time (except maybe at night but now you will have to let him even then...).
yeah i will talk to her about it after work today when i pick him up from the vet... i'll tell her that dehydration is possibly a big cause of what happened to him today. and i'll tell her to give him more water while i'm gone.. not a lot at once.. but a little throughout the day...
