Teddi does this at my brothers house too even if I am there and take her out a bunch of times. For some reason she likes to go under their pool table and pee. Luckily at my parents house she knows where to go but they have wood floors throughout so I think she looks for her pad which is always on their fireplace hearth - that's where I put it the first time I brought her over there so she knows that place. One time I didn't even put a pad down and she went right over there and pooped so she knows where it is supposed to be. It's just so hard to be mad at them!!
