The internet says it is 11:55PM on April 4th in Manila, Philippines.
I am 11:55AM Eastern right now.
I think there is 12 hours difference between Eastern time and Philippine time.
They are 12 hours ahead of Eastern, so it would be 9:30AM on the 13th.
BUT PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK because I might have gotten this all wrong.
