Well as you can see I'm from Nebraska. This woman is located in the southwest part of the state, almost to the Kansas border. Very small town. In my opinion anyone who raises multiple breeds is just that. I certainly can't say. IMO someone who raises one breed of dog and works at improving the breed is what I would call " a breeder". Those that raise multiple breeds of dogs I feel are in it more for the money. I know nothing about this woman. I'm just glad your little man is healthy.
