Hey girl! It is going to be ok. Jamie just got his neuter done on Wednesday and he did great (and they pulled 10 teeth). We had a false alarm back in January too where the vet decided right before surgery that he wanted to wait and see if Jamie would lose some more teeth. So I know exactly what you are going through. Can you go get him this afternoon or does he have to stay overnight?
