Glad to see you are posting this.
I would be leary of this because you are actually agreeing not to use a site like YTs featured breeders and so on to find a pup. And you can't assume you think they are saying this or that.
I wouldn't have a few of my show dogs if I had not come across a webpage and made contact with the breeder. I was careful but if they had not had a webpage I would have never known they existed.
I agree 100% puppymills MUST be Shut down.
