I think I know why. It just makes me so mad. I wish we could just have civilized discussions so rules like this don't have to be set in place. I'll never forget...I guess the year I joined, a member (who is no longer active) posted a beautiful email story about Jesus and the thread ended up getting closed because of awful arguing. We should be able to debate with class or (more preferably) just ignore posts we don't agree with. But since we don't seem to be able to, I guess I'll have to support Admins decision. Though I wish there was another way to go about it.

I also would like clarification. Can we post threads on Easter, Christmas, Rosh Hashana (I'm sorry...I butchered the spelling), etc? Can we post prayer request threads?
