I thought you said back in 4/1/08 that buddy was 11 months old? Wow, I've never heard anyone leaving their "lap dogs" outside before, especially all day, unsupervised. Perhaps your husband and mother needs to be educated with how owning a dog this size should be taken cared of, especially if your dog is already disabled. From the looks of your previous posts, you care very much for Buddy and would do what is best for him. Please reconsider the hazards you are putting him through by leaving him outside. If your husband your mother doesn't want him in your house during the day or if rehoming is not an option, do you have a garage you can keep him where its safe, warm, and comfortable?
