My dog is never allowed outside unattended...too many dangers. Someone could steal him, he could eat something toxic, someone could hurt him, another dog could jump the fence and hurt him, he could get out of the fence and get lost or hurt, he could get overheated, wild animals/hawks could get him..just so many things can happen! I suggest using a crate and starting over with training or have him wear a bellyband so he can't pee on the carpet. Don't keep him outside
