Duncan has a silkier coat too and he looks great for about 24 hours after his bath! Then he looks like like hes never had a bath! ive learned to just accept that this is his coat. I only bath him once a week at most and I use allergroom shampoo on him and a leave in cond called "THE STUFF". works great and as hes getting older his coat seems to be getting better.
Brushing everyday is essential to keep the knots out.
