Sad That screams "scam" to me, too: the picture isn't the puppy that will be "given away" for a $5 ticket, no pictures of the parents, and the dog's from another country. If it's real, then it's a terrible situation for the dogs.
I wish we could do something to stop this kind of thing. Even if we manage to get scammers banned from online selling sites, they just crop up again on others, or on the same ones under different names. I've reported a few where the dog was coming from Africa and the sellers were only asking for the plane fare -- major scam. They were removed from the site in question, but a few days later, I saw the same thing on another site. No idea how to stop that.
