I know it is all a part of the natural weaning process but it seems too early, don't you think?

Durring the day when she is hanging out with me, I have been putting the pups on her and I noticed she runs out of milk after about 3 mins of them feeding. Does anyone have any suggestions to get her milk producing more? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is best to supplement the pups with at this age?

Thank you everybody so much in advance!!! Your help is always appreciated
Yep Yorkierose is right...
I do know at 3 weeks mama has more milk and they do nurse fast.
