I am in nursing school, and for one of my classes, I need to do a cultural assessment on a willing participant that is culturally/ethnically diverse. I would GREATLY appreciate if someone would be willing to answer a sheet of questions based on ethnicity, family patterns, health beliefs, and other topics.
