I use to be in the same boat as you gals till I solved my laundry day delima. I bought one pretty small laundry basket and set it in the laundry room where we have to take our dirty clothes. It gets full really quick, so I wash more often but it doesn't take much time to do.
The only think I "don't" like about laundry is folding sheets, especially the fitted ones.
