He does---you are so right!!! I think CSI Miami is hilarious!!!! David Caruso is the worst actor, but when he stands kinda sideways, pulls off his sunglasses and says some cheesy line, I just start laughing uncontrollably!!! CSI Las Vegas is definitely the best in my opinion, but I still watch Miami just to hear his dorky lines!
