You're right, that was a too broad of statement. I just think that a breeder of Yorkies who doesn't go by the simplest ethical rules probably isn't going to be going to go by the more difficult rules such as health screening. I should have said, "So if you see those words on a website you can be
pretty sure that the yorkie you're buying hasn't been health screened.
