Default Does "canned" food contain more FAT?

Wondering if anyone knows if Wellness canned Venison & Sweet potato is High in fat?

Both of my girls have high lipase and amylase values and the vet said LOW fat and High fiber. They are currently on Wellness wt mgt kibble -which is 6 % fat and 8 % fiber. They LOVE the ven & swt potato canned... but I want to be sure they aren't getting too much fat from that.

They ONLY get it as a treat 2 times a day and I use it to give them their meds. The vet tech for the specialist that we see said they need moisture so it's good for them. But I dont know if she is correct on that?

I do wet the food and let it soak overnight in water. So they get moisture that way. But I love to give them the wellness canned as treats.
Really no more than about 1/2 tbl a day. But- I woudn't mind giving them more of it. Like about 1-1/2 tbl a day or even add to their food but I am nervous it it is too fattening. The can says 5%- I know all of that changes when you do the wet/dry ratio but I don't know how to calculate that. I do not know "if" the canned contains 20% total fat (someone at the pet store told me that) If that is the case... a whole can of wellness does not even get eaten. I pitch it after 5 days. It's the super small cans.
I dont mind wasting some of it. I just have to be careful bc one of my girls itches from certain treats. So i cut them out completely and she is doing great. No more itching... so I want to be able to give her bigger chunks of the canned as a treat. I have really cut back with it for now until i know for sure. We really need to try to get these valued down other wise she will go back into full blown pancreatitis. and i don't want that.
