What you're looking for is a yorkie with shorter muzzle, and just make sure you see the parents, don't trust pictures only.
While I agree with you about the terms such as teacup,tiny specialists,dollfaced etc
I've noticed that lots and lots of websites seem to use these terms
I REALLY dislike the tiny specialists...makes me think sickly dogs for sure.
I have to say however that its a broad statement to say
you can be sure that the yorkie your buying hasn't been health screened.
