I agree that some laws are needed to protect these Yorkies and all other breeds we love so much. Because there are so many out there who just don't care and breed for greed.
I just cringe at the thought of dogs being kept in buildings for breeding and breeding and breeding. They never get to know the real love of a human can give them.
