My zeus does the "Swimming" thing also. But he doesn't do it when he's wet, he does it any old time, we think he's scratching his privates.

Zeus also like underwear. I can't stand it, we'll be in bed, and all of a sudden I hear this non-stop licking, I have to get up, whose ever undies they are and put them in the closet so I can get some sleep.
