When I was a breeder, I was looking for a show dog within my litters so I docked, but did not like the very thought of it.
If I was to ever breed again, I think I would do the kind thing and leave the tails on.
In every other country except for Canada, I believe it is illegal to dock tails and to crop ears. When it the USA going to ban this outdated procedure?
There used to be a need for it when yorkies were bred specifically for hunting, not there is no need besides vanity.
