My papers say the same thing. We bought Jingles from the pet store when he was 8 months old. He spent his whole puppyhood in a crate. Plus, the other half of the store sold remote control cars. He hated the noise of anything mechanical. I'm glad I saved him from that nuthouse. Mary Anne
