BRAVO to this man! Not enough people know CPR for dogs, especially little ones. Congratulations on this man's quick thinking. It should be required or at least common sense to be trained in CPR if you have an animal. You know it if you have children human right? Who's to say dogs don't need it to? There are classes where you can be certified in CPR for animals also. I think everyone should know it b/c you never know when something might happen to your baby and that could be the very thing to save it's life.
