I agree, the rule is for most likely where other dogs frequent, but you have NO IDEA where other dogs have been outside. Not only that, but parvo can be found almost anywhere. Before Franklin had parvo, I would have told you it'd be fine to walk your dogs anywhere "clean" but now, I really suggest you wait until his shots are done. It's really better safe than sorry, and you don't have that much longer to wait. Until then, good ways to burn off energy are playing fetch in the house, or chasing them around... they have a lot of energy but they sure to figure out how to get it out inside. We didn't start walking Franklin until like 5 months because he was so sick and he did fine.
