You will not be able to walk him all the time.WHats wrong with just having him used to using the wee pads. Rocky has been using the wee pads since day one, and hardly ever an accident. He goes there when he needs to do his thing and thats it. I am sure it will be easier for him as well. Try it out. I dont think thats a good reason to re home a dog. You are not giving him enough options. Leave a pad in the kitchen or bathroom and let him know that its there. Maybe that will solve your problems that you are having.
