I have boys, so I'm not sure as to the *best* time to get a female spayed - I'll leave that advice to others. I will say, however, that I'd be very choosy about where you get her spayed - bc there are a lot of hacks out there - one of whom operated on my Wylie. So, I learned the hard way. Be picky, ask questions, find out what kind of anesthesia they use etcetera.
