Thats probably why he's having so many accidents, my little Billi used to wee and poop in the house until I stuck to a rigid routine with meals, she is 6 months old and has 3 meals at the same times per day. She goes out into garden immediately after and then every 2 hours throughout the day and she now doesn't do anything in the house. She's had 2 accidents which were my fault when I forgot to let her out.Good luck.
