not everyone is aware of puppy mills, I had to educate myself, because I didn't know when I got my Roxi, and when I hear someone bought their Yorkie from a pet store I just let suggest they do some research and read the thread topics here at YT. I don't want to make people feel bad after they have already bought and love their baby....
I did receive the papers in the mail about 3 months after we got Roxi (from a pet store) and then I sent them in... You may just want to double check that that is the procedure where you got your baby...
