I agree on this. Pee pads if put on tile at first is easy to clean. Just wipe daily that particular area with white vinegar-cheap and easy. When they get used to it you can try taking it outside when he is older. I just stay with pee pad and I put it on the tile. I don't have to worry about him having to go at night because he will go to his pee pad whenever he wants and when we do go out, he does it outside too. Best of both worlds.
