Please, for his sake, if you are thinking about rehoming him, do it now.
It wouldn't be fair to him to continue to get attached to you.
Yorkies can be very difficult to potty train.
Mine is six and still goes in the house quite often.
We just adjust to her and put different flooring in that can be easily mopped.
Carpets aren't the best choice with Yorkies.
I think it is one of those things that you have to be willing to put up with if you are going to own Yorkies...
