My Frederick is sick every time he gets a vaccination, but not to the extent he has vomiting or diarrhea. My vet always has me give him Benadryl for a few days after the shots and he always feels better after that. The sheet I have says that vomiting and diarrhea are more serious symptoms so I would definitely take him in.
