Default caution!

We wont be giving any chews of any sort anymore. Despite supervision at all times, our pup is jsut barely coming out of the woods after a piece came off and lodged ( tore) itself into his esophagus an d became inflamed. IT took several ohours to work it out. and he has been on several meds to heal it and to try to keep the openign frmo gettin gtoo narrow and acids from eating awhole. HE still chokes on his soft almost liquid food. The hospital he stayed at for several days said they had seen this before even with greenies and bully stix and any chews for tiny breeds.
