Where can I get doggy PediaLyte?
I have Nutrical, is that similar (in solid form, not liquid)?

I will bring them both the vet tomorrow, thanks for your help.
You are a saint.
PediaLyte is just PediaLyte. It is what you would give a child.
Gatorade or Powerade are okay but some of those have artificial sweeteners in them, so be careful. Whatever you give, don't give much. I would give less than a teaspoon every hour or two. Make sure their gums are pink, if they are pale or white, it's an emergency.

As long as they stay hydrated, they will be fine.
I would only take them in because of the loose stools possibly leading to dehydration if it continues.
You could always try to pull food for 6-12 hours and give PediaLyte during this time. At the end of that that time, you could feed boiled chicken and rice and try to get out of the vet visit if you are comfortable doing that (since they thought you could wait).
