I am thinking the same thing, that the pain meds caused the vomiting. I have sporadic back problems and when it acts up seriously enough to warrant pain medication, it always makes me sick to my stomach. Maybe Mango inherited this intolerance from her Mama.
I have just given her the anti-nausea medication and am waiting to see if it works. I am worried for tonight, that she could throw up in her sleep.

Edit: if she is no better in the morning, I won't wait again. I don't care is I drive the Vet nuts. I need to know my baby is going to be okay; nothing else really matters right now.
