I am a HUGE Dolly fan. The song that Kristy sang totally shocked me, because I had that book when I was little. It was my favorite book (and it got lost in our move here last year =(). "Coat of Many Colors" it was just a small little book. But the illistrations were so pretty...and I just adored the story. I didn't realize it was a song before it was a book. |

I have heard Dolly tell the story before and about writing the song. It is such an amazing story of her love for her mother. I didn't know there was a book. Does the book mention Dolly or tell that it is a true story?
